Each large and bright two-room apartment, equipped with air conditioning, is made up of a living area, sleeping area and outdoor area.

The living areaoffers theliving room furnished with a double sofa bed, table with chairs, LCD TV (digital terrestrial ) and a modern kitchen equipped with crockery and various utensils, tall column refrigerator with freezer compartment. Several two-room apartments are also equipped with a built-in and ventilated electric oven, others, if requested, can have a microwave oven.

The sleeping areais made up of a double bedroom (with also a single bed or pouf that can be transformed into a single bed) and LCD TV (digital terrestrial), bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer.

The external area offers a pleasant and private place with a large terrace (which extends along the entire length of the apartment) equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for outdoor dining, a convenient washing tub and a clothesline complete with pegs. The two-room apartments on the raised ground floor also have a small private, fenced garden which can be accessed by going down, from the terrace, a few steps of a short staircase protected by a gate to prevent small children from descending without the supervision of an adult. This courtyard, convenient for children to play in absolute freedom and safety, has a large umbrella and sunbed for a moment of relaxation.
